We all have that project we keep talking about and really do want to do.
But somehow, it just never seems to happen. You can't "find the time."
Truth is, it's not about finding time. It's about making time. It's about putting a system in place to protect your creative time, and creating a plan for making that project a reality.
Maybe it's a blog, a writing project, a podcast, a YouTube channel, community, or more.
Over the past four years, I've built an audience of thousands for my writing, and my podcasts have more than 150K downloads combined.
But it took a lot of time, hard work, and mistakes to get there.
The accelerator can make that much easier for you.
The Unreal Collective accelerator creates a place for creators to help each other move faster. The accelerator is intentionally light on "curriculum" and heavy on structure.
It's all about clarity and action. No added "work" – just helping you organize, prioritize, and take action on what matters.
We meet once per week for an hour on a video call, in addition to a kickoff, mid-point, and finale call with the whole cohort.
Our goal is not to give you more to do, our goal is to help you identify the things that are truly important, but not urgent. The things that will truly move the needle for your project.
We provide the structure to identify those activities and the support to get them done. And you don't have to take our word for it!

Matt is the creator of The Collective Newsletter, an easily digestible, non-partisan political news recap for people who know it’s important to be informed.
Matt and his team had been producing The Collective for several months before joining the Unreal Collective Accelerator, but says the Accelerator helped him hone in on what the audience really wanted.
Since that time, Matt has grown the size of his audience and doubled open his rates.

"It's been absolutely worth the investment and was absolutely worth the investment at a very early point in the experience."

Erik is a venture capitalist living in Columbus, OH.
Erik joined the accelerator to kickstart a podcast he'd been eager to create. There are a lot of steps in a successful launch of a podcast, and he was being thoughtful to do it right.
Through Unreal, he was able to create a logo and website for the show, while creating the structure for a successful launch on the backend.
The community helped him hone in on the format, structure, and feel of the podcast. Now, he's recording his first interviews in preparation for launch.

"We've gone from zero to 100 in our preparations for launch."

Jesse is the creator behind Intentionally Lucky, a blog dedicated to helping you live the good life for less.
Jesse joined Unreal after the successful sale of his first company, VIP Waste. He was in search of his next challenge, and had a lot of different directions that he was considering.
Through the accelerator, Jesse honed in on his true interests and the way he wanted to impact the lives of others. Having learned how to hack his own way to extraordinary experiences with ordinary means, he decided to start a blog to help others do the same.

"If you need some guidance, support, or accountability for where you're going, Unreal is the perfect way to get that."

It all starts with a 12-week planning roadmap with your facilitator.
Before you are matched or meet with your group, we work together to outline a detailed 12-week roadmap for your Unreal experience.
We cover goals, current state, milestones, and anticipate any challenges.
You are carefully matched with four other individuals based on your goals and background.
You will meet on a 60-minute Zoom video call every week for 12 weeks with your group and facilitator. We share perspective, feedback, ideas, and advice to help you break through roadblocks.

Outside of the calls, we leverage Slack for communication.
Your group has its own private channel, and public channels connect the whole Collective. We've been a part of over-grown Slack communities that become too crowded to be effective or helpful. So we keep our group small and focused, staying under 100 members at a time.
At the end of each call, members self-declare action items.
At the beginning of the next call, we check against them and share progress. Together, we work towards your 12-week goals.

“At the beginning of Unreal Collective, Exploring With Words had 8 listings on Etsy...now we have almost 200. I went from making about $200 per month in revenue to $1,100.”

“Jay created a diverse group of individuals in age, thinking styles, and career paths, who bring different skills and experiences. That is difficult to do on your own.”

"12 weeks after starting Unreal Collective, we have an amazing team...a really solid foundation...and we have prospective clients."
